Overview of Development

The Ball Estates project consists of four phases.

The first phase includes three lots on Ironwood Place. Those lots are currently available for sale through Branagh Development.

The second phase involves Lots 1-14.  A tentative map was issued for those lots in 2019.  A final map is currently pending.  Approvals are expected by late March 2025.  Immediately upon receipt of the approvals, a notice will be posted and issued with pricing and an offer date.

Phase Three includes the Estate Home and five lots.

Phase Four includes the remaining lots.  These lots are not expected to be available until approximately 2027.

We will post to this site when Lots 1-14 will be available and the pricing for the lots.
