North Orchard

The Ball Family is working with Branagh Development to create the first phase of Ball Estates consisting of 14 lots on the North side of the project. Each lot will be a minimum half acre.

It is expected that the lots will be available for sale in April. Notice will be provided on this site of pricing of the lots with the offer deadline. All remaining lots which are not immediately sold, will be available.

The roads and utilities are expected to be completed in Spring or early Summer 2025.
